Amrita Nandakumar, president of Vident Asset Management, said the growth of ETFs was “incredible,” especially considering that the ETF ecosystem grew from $1 trillion to $10 trillion in just 14 years. She also stated, “Today, ETFs now cover almost all types of assets and investment strategies, which were previously only available to the most sophisticated institutional investors in the world. Jillian DelSignore, head of global investor distribution strategy at Nasdaq Global Index Group, said: “ETFs are becoming the preferred tool for investors, and we will continue to see new investment opportunities as the private equity market evolves and results driven strategies continue to evolve.”
