According to the September “Guangzhou Second-hand Housing Market Transaction Report” released by the Guangzhou Real Estate Agents Association on the 28th, a total of 8,473 second-hand housing units were signed online in Guangzhou in September, totaling 848,000 square meters, down 4.50% and 3.94%, respectively, from the previous year. According to data, from January to September 2024, a total of 77,490 second-hand housing units and 7.765,500 square meters of second-hand housing units were signed online in Guangzhou, a slight decrease of 2.72% and 1.84%, respectively, compared with the previous year. With the exception of the 1.19% month-on-month increase in the number of online registration sets in September, all other administrative districts declined month-on-month.
