Learning Technologies likely to recommend General Atlantic's proposed takeover offer

Sept 27 (Reuters) - Learning Technologies Group LTGL.L on Friday confirmed that the U.S. private equity investor General Atlantic has approached it with a possible cash offer to acquire the corporate education group.

Learning Technologies said it was minded to recommend the proposed offer of 100 pence per LTG share and has provided access to confirmatory due diligence to General Atlantic.
