Mr. Xu Changjun has been transferred from an executive director to a non-executive director, no longer serves as a member of the Company's Strategy and Development Committee, and has been appointed as a member of the Board's Audit Committee.

Mr. Deng Yi has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the Strategy and Development Committee.
