Dali Group (00029) Announces Annual Results Profit attributable to shareholders of HK$5.354 billion, a year-on-year increase of 80604.78% and final interest of HK0.5 cents per share

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dali Group (00029) announced the results for the year ended June 30, 2024. The Group's revenue was HK$71.573 million, a year-on-year decrease of 10.24%; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$5.354 billion, an increase of 80604.78%; profit per share was 2252.4 HK cents; and final interest of HK0.5 cents per share.

The announcement stated that during the year under review, the Group's overall revenue (in RMB) and classification results were mainly derived from its operating classification of property leasing and developing properties in mainland China. Compared with last year, the performance of the Group's leasing business classification is mainly affected by the decline in fair value of investment properties compared to the same period last year due to the current sluggish sentiment in the real estate industry in mainland China.
