Zhou Liang, deputy director of the General Administration of Financial Supervision, said at the launch ceremony of the 2024 Financial Education Promotion Month that in the near future, the General Administration of Financial Supervision will issue “Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Financial Dispute Mediation Work” in conjunction with the People's Bank of China and the Securities Regulatory Commission to further strengthen the standardized governance of mediation organizations, improve litigation mediation and docking mechanisms, and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers.
