On August 27, Ao Hong met with Chairman Nguyen Hoang Anh, Chairman of the Vietnamese State-owned Capital Management Committee. The two sides exchanged views on deepening rare earth industry policy and practical cooperation in production business. On August 27-30, the delegation held many rounds of work exchanges and meetings with Vietnam Coal Group, Mining Corporation and Dongbao Mine. Ao Hong and his entourage held working meetings with Wu Huangyin, chairman of Vietnam Coal Group, and other senior management teams. The two sides reached a consensus on further deepening cooperation and decided on a working group. The working groups of the two sides conducted work matchmaking meetings and went to the mine site to discuss cooperation principles, paths and plans for high-quality development. During the inspection, China Rare Earth Group also visited the Vietnam Geological Survey to exchange work on high-quality resource exploration and green development.
