Hillwood Adding to Alliance Town Center

Hillwood is planning 634 apartment units between two projects in far north Fort Worth. It is planning 308 residential units as part of the fifth phase of the 900-acre community and retail center Alliance Town Center. The project is expected to have 9,145 square feet of amenity space.

The project is part of the center’s fifth phase of development. Construction will begin in December and be completed by October 2026. The property’s address is listed as 3400 Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth.

Hillwood also registered plans to build 326 residential units on the northeast corner of Beach Street and SH 170 near Keller. The company is building 10,456 square feet of amenity space. Construction is estimated to begin in 2025 and finish by the end of 2026. JHP Architecture/Urban Design, PC, is also the architect on the project.

The Alliance area is a more than 27,000-acre master-planned community developed by Hillwood.
