Steakhouse Chain Makes NYC Debut in Murray Hill

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp has signed a lease with steakhouse Medium Rare to open a new location at 488 Third Ave. in Manhattan’s Murray Hill neighborhood. Situated at the base of Manhattan Skyline’s luxury apartment building Murray Hill Manor, Medium Rare will operate out of a 2,000-square-foot storefront that marks Medium Rare’s first New York City location.

“Medium Rare will help meet a strong demand among Murray Hill’s residents, workers and visitors for fresh, quality cuisine in a welcoming setting,” said Joshua Roth, SVP of retail at Manhattan Skyline Management.

Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. Medium Rare was represented by Cosmo Montemurro of Murro Realty.

Medium Rare was founded in 2011 and currently has seven locations open in the Mid-Atlantic and Gulf Coast regions of the U.S. In addition to 488 Third Ave., steakhouses are also opening soon in Philadelphia and in Watertown, MA as part of the brand’s Northeast expansion.
