Landsea Green Management (00106) announced interim results with revenue of $1,323 billion

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Landsea Green Management (00106) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2024. The group obtained revenue of RMB 1,323 million (same unit); gross profit of approximately RMB 215 million; loss attributable to the company's shareholders of RMB 676 million; and loss per share of RMB 0.149.

For the six months ended June 30, 2024 (this period), Landsea's production contract sales were approximately 7.83 billion yuan, and the corresponding contracted construction area was approximately 422,600 square meters.

During this period, the contract amount for additional development and construction services was approximately 100 million yuan.

During this period, the additional saleable value was approximately RMB 17.51 billion. As of June 30, 2024, the remaining sellable value of Landsea products was approximately RMB 146.78 billion.
