China Tongfu (01763) appoints Wang Cangren and Guan Xiuyan as joint company secretaries

Ms. Gan Meixia has resigned as the company secretary of the company due to the need to spend more time on other personal matters; an authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules; and an authorized representative (legal procedure document agent) for the representative company as stipulated in section 19A.13 (2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws of the Hong Kong Law, to accept and deliver legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong, China, effective from August 30, 2024 .

The board of directors has decided to appoint Ms. Wang Cangren and Ms. Guan Xiuyan as the company's joint company secretary; Ms. Wang is the authorized representative as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Listing Rules and jointly performs the duties of the authorized representative with Mr. Zhang Junqi; and Ms. Kwan as an agent for legal proceedings, effective from August 30, 2024.

The board of directors also resolved on the same day to appoint Ms. Wang as the company's general legal adviser and secretary of the board of directors, with effect from August 30, 2024.
