On August 30, 2024, the Beijing Stock Exchange issued three issuance and listing review business guidelines, “Beijing Stock Exchange Public Offering and Listing Business Rules to Unspecified Eligible Investors No. 1”, “Beijing Stock Exchange Application Guidelines for the Public Issuance and Listing of Shares to Unspecified Eligible Investors No. 2,” and “Beijing Stock Exchange Application Guidelines for Business Rules for Public Issuance and Listing of Shares to Unspecified Qualified Investors” on August 30, 2024, to regulate legal, financial and procedural issues respectively. The relevant rules take effect from the date of publication.
