Songdu Service (09608) announced interim results. Revenue attributable to owners of 5.31 million yuan increased 17.8% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Songdu Service (09608) announced its 2024 interim results, achieving revenue of RMB 118 million and revenue attributable to company owners of RMB 5.31 million, an increase of 17.8% over the previous year. Earnings per share were 0.14 points.

According to the announcement, the increase in earnings attributable to company owners is mainly due to confirmation of fair value returns on financial assets.

As of June 30, 2024, the group established 21 subsidiaries and 26 branches in 20 cities in China (most of which are located in Zhejiang Province), providing property management services for 49 properties (including 34 residential properties and 15 non-residential properties). The total construction area under management is about 9 million square meters, with a total contract area of 10.5 million square meters.
