According to Zhitong Finance App News, Haiyou New Materials (688680.SH) released its 2024 semi-annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 1,489 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 37.98%; net loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 138 million yuan; net loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies deducted 144 million yuan in non-recurring profit and loss; and a basic loss of 1.67 yuan/share per share.

According to a resolution of the 14th meeting of the fourth board of directors of the company, the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.20 yuan (tax included) to all shareholders for every 10 shares based on the total share capital deducted from the share capital on the date of implementation of equity distribution.
