Chairman of the Board Chen Xiangyu increased his holdings of Dream World (01119) by 460,000 shares at a price of approximately HK$2.21 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 30, Chen Xiangyu, chairman of the board of directors and executive director of the company, increased his holdings of Chuangmendi (01119) by 460,000 shares, at a price of HK$2,074 each, for a total amount of about HK$1.015 million. The latest number of shares held after the increase was approximately 266 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 15.76%.
