Superior Group Holdings (01841) appoints Guo Rongfeng as independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Superior Group Holdings (01841) announced that Mr. Yu Mingwei, an independent non-executive director, was not re-elected at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and retired on a rotational basis at the end of the AGM. After his retirement, Mr. Yu Mingwei also ceased to be the Chairman of the Company Audit Committee and a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

In addition, Mr. Guo Rongfeng was elected as an independent non-executive director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and has also been appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from August 30, 2024.

Since the same day, Ms. Shi De'an, an independent non-executive director, has been elected as the chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.
