According to Zhitong Finance App, Rongfengyi Holdings (03683) announced that Dr. Chen Zhenbin has ceased to be an independent non-executive director, a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee under the Board of Directors, and the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee under the Board of Directors since the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ended on August 30, 2024. After his retirement, the company failed to comply with the requirements of section 3.10 (1), 3.21, 3.25 and 3.27A of the listing rules.
