In line with China Telecom's business layout, under the coordination of the company's controlling shareholder, the company plans to transfer 100% of the shares held by Nanjing Nanman Electric Co., Ltd. to Nanjing Rail Transit System Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the controlling shareholder, in cash.
