Shangsheng Electronics announced that the company and related party Sumei Energy signed a cooperation agreement for distributed rooftop photovoltaic projects. Shangsheng Electronics will provide the roof of the factory building. Sumei Energy will be responsible for the construction and operation of the photovoltaic power generation system. The total capacity is estimated to be 2.69 MW, and the project operation period is 15 years. Shangsheng Electronics settled with Sumei Energy at a fixed preferential electricity price of 0.55 yuan/kilowatt hour, saving about 737,800 yuan in electricity costs per year, with a total savings of about 11.0667 million yuan over 15 years.
