Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze the needs of securities users; conduct customer segmentation and value proposition analysis; manage user lifecycle
  • Product design, including FRD and PRD development and product prototyping; participate in the design of quotation and trading system
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate the research, development and launch of products and follow through the whole process
  • Participate in product operation and promotion, track product data and collect user feedbacks for product optimization
  • Fully participate in and manage the related work of the entire product life cycle including product demand survey, research and development, promotion, data analysis and daily operations, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred; experienced in product team management
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in financial product design; design or business experience with financial market system (stocks, futures, forex, etc.) is preferred
  • Sensitive to user needs and product experience; accurate grasp of user experience
  • Excellent documentation and interaction design skills
  • Outstanding data analysis skills; capable of independent product design and project operations
  • Experience with design or operations of successful (mobile) Internet product is preferred
