How do I change my personal information?

If you haven't submitted your brokerage application yet, you can go back to the previous steps to modify your information. 


If your application is already submitted but not yet approved, please wait until your application gets approved and then apply for account information change on the mobile app.


If your account is currently opened and funded, you can update your contact number/email/addresses/expired ID picture/Employment background on the Mobile app through the steps below. This usually takes 1-3 business days to take effect.


>Tap the Webull logo in the middle bottom of the screen

>Tap Details next to the Total Account Value

>Scroll down until you see the Account Profile button


For any other personal information update, such as your name, date of birth, or SSN, please contact our team through the in-app Help Center/Feedback for help.
