1) Has your account recently been charged with a fee?
If yes, you will need to deposit the required amount to meet the call.
2) Did one or more of the stocks in your portfolio execute a corporate action?
If so, our clearing firm is in the process of adjusting your positions and an erroneous RM call could arise during the process. Once the process is finished, the RM call will be automatically lifted.
