There are a few reasons why your ACH withdrawal request may have failed:
1) Insufficient funds. Please double check the funds available for withdrawal in the "Withdraw" page.
2) Different bank accounts are being used for incoming and outgoing transfer. If you want to withdraw the funds quickly, please switch back to the bank account you deposited with, according to standard AML (anti-money-laundering) policy.
3) Invalid ABA code (routing number) or Swift code. Please relink your bank with the correct account information.
4) Expired ACH link. If you changed any key information with your bank recently, including bank account password or registered email, your current ACH link will expire. Please relink the bank account. If you cannot find out why your ACH withdrawal was rejected, please take a screenshot of the rejection and send it through Help Center. We will be happy to help!
