You can cancel the pending deposit on the app if our clearing firm has not yet processed it. The cancellation period varies according to the time you initiated the deposit.
1) Go to the "Trade" tab on the main menu.
2) Tap "Deposit."
3) Tap the "History" button (clock icon) on the top right.
4) Tap the deposit you want to cancel.
5) If the "Cancel" button is still active, you can click and get your deposit canceled.
If the status is not "Pending," it is already being processed by the clearing firm and you will not be able to cancel the deposit via the app.
When the ACH cancellation period has passed, please wait seven business days and you will be able to withdraw the funds via ACH at no charge.
