How do I update my Webull account information (Phone/Email, etc.)?
How do I update my Webull account information (Phone/Email, etc.)?

To update your login email/phone number please follow the procedure listed below:

Mobile app:

1. Click "Profile photo" located in top right corner of "Watchlist" page

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Account & Security"

4. Click on the information you wish to update "Email" or "Mobile Number"

5. Click "Change Email" or "Change Mobile Number"

If you no longer have access to your login email or phone number, please contact us through the in-app Help Center for assistance. 


To update your contact email (this is where your account statements will be sent to) or your contact phone number, please follow the procedure listed below:

Mobile app:

1. Tap the Webull logo located at the center bottom of your screen

2. Tap "Details" next to the Total Account Value

3. Scroll down to the bottom until you see "Account Profile"

4. Tap "Modify" next to your number/email address to make the change. 

This process usually takes 1-2 business days to take effect.
